To register for any hockey league or tournament, please go to the TOURNAMENT or LEAGUE page on this website.
There will will be specific registration forms there.
For all Union Arena LEAGUES, these are a team-based registration and Captains will collect all money and pay Union Arena directly. ALL players MUST sign the individual League REgistration and Waiver (2 pages) prior to playing in their first game.
